Membership outreach to re-establish our canteen business and improve the fraternity of our organization.

  • Potential ideas to help this:
    • Mentor program for new members—matching our newer and transfer members with more established members with similar interests.
    • Student outreach program at local universities using VFW College Vets Club.
    • Recognition program for introducing new members to the post.
    • Educate our membership on the most current eligibility requirements to help our membership be more effective in bringing in new members.

Focused and continued efforts to have our Post represented in District, State and National meetings.

  • Encourage Post Line Officers and all membership to attend District, State and National meetings.
  • To communicate and increase membership awareness of decisions and efforts being made at the District, State and National meetings.
  • Work towards earning the Post recognition of our efforts in established VFW Programs

We can do more for our post, we can achieve more for our organization and our community, and we can focus on the VFW's Goal to promote, show and prove that "No One Does More For Veterans".
